What are the requirements for becoming a Click To Food rider partner?

To become a rider partner for Click To Food, the rider-providing agency must be a registered agency with at least 5 riders available to work for Click To Food. The agency is also responsible for ensuring that the riders' vehicles, insurance, and other necessary documentation are in order.

How are customer tips handled by Click To Food riders?

Customer tips received through Click To Food’s in-app (online) payment system will be added to the riders' accounts. These tips will then be passed on to the rider partner agency, and the distribution of these tips among the riders will be determined by the agency's internal policy. However, riders will directly receive any tips given to them along with Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

What kind of training do rider partners receive?

Rider partners are given basic training on how to use the Click To Food app for deliveries, handling orders, customer service etiquette, and ensuring safety during deliveries. They also receive instructions on cash handling for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and dealing with common delivery challenges.

Do riders need to wear a specific uniform?

Yes, Click To Food provides rider partners with a branded uniform that must be worn during deliveries to ensure a professional appearance and maintain brand identity. This includes a Click To Food-branded shirt, jacket, or vest, depending on the season.

How are payout and commercial terms determined?

Payouts, applicable incentives, duty requirements, zone limits, and other commercial terms depend on the approved rider partner package and configuration. The final terms are recorded in the generated partner agreement.

The pricing step shows the rider partner packages currently available for selection. Your generated partner agreement contains the final payout model, settlement terms, and commercial details. Review those details carefully before signing.
