Rider Partner Onboarding
Rider Partner Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to rider partner applications submitted to Click To Food. Your generated partner agreement contains the selected package, payout model, and final commercial details for your application and must be reviewed and signed before activation.
1. Application information
The rider partner confirms that all submitted business, ownership, license, fleet, contact, and banking information is true, accurate, and up to date.
2. Rider management responsibilities
The rider partner is responsible for rider recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, safety standards, and operational quality for riders operating under the partnership.
3. Partner platform access
Click To Food will provide access to the Rider Partner Panel for managing riders, zones, assignments, and related platform services according to the selected package.
4. Service standards
The rider partner agrees to maintain active riders, service quality, punctuality, and compliance with Click To Food rider policies and applicable local regulations.
5. Commercial terms
Payouts, penalties, duty requirements, zone limits, and other commercial terms apply according to the selected package and admin-approved partner configuration in the generated partner agreement.
6. Settlements and adjustments
Payment settlements are processed according to Click To Food rider partner settlement policy after applicable fees, penalties, refunds, and approved adjustments.
7. Data and confidentiality
The rider partner must not misuse customer data, rider data, order data, platform information, or confidential information received through Click To Food.
8. Suspension or deactivation
Click To Food may suspend or deactivate the rider partner account for fraud, repeated service failures, false information, legal issues, or violations of platform policy.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice according to Click To Food partner policy. Pending settlements and adjustments must be cleared before final closure.
Review before signing
The generated agreement is based on the information submitted during signup. Review all business, fleet, banking, package, payout, and operational details carefully. Report incorrect information to Click To Food before signing, account activation, or final approval.
